The Scheduling Manager from Thoughtful Systems has made it much easier to maintain our business since 2012 by providing an easy to use customer maintenance and job scheduling interface. The flexibility of the software has made our company so much more efficient.

All the data is one place, meaning we no longer have to search all over the place for the information we need to service and bill our customers. Now we just enter the information once in Scheduling Manager and we’re done.

It also brings us peace of mind to know that there is a great company behind the program to bring us updates and provide training and other support.  The program includes so many great features that we like to use and the people at Thoughtful Systems have been a pleasure to work with when we need help fully implementing them.

We were even able to ask for customizations to the program when we purchased to better suit the way we run our particular business. They accommodated us quickly and at a reasonable price. When we call for help or advice and the occasional custom report here and there, the support people always are professional and friendly.

I would recommend Scheduling Manager to anyone in the carpet cleaning or floor maintenance industries who needs a scheduling program with lots of features supported by a great company.
